Change

I'm sorry that I grew up way too fast. I wish I would've listened and not be so bad.  -Akon

But I guess right now there's nothing more I can do
than try to apologize show you I'm true.
Everything I do I wish I could rewind.
Every word I say seems like it isn't mine.
But still I haven't found out how to turn back time
So now I come and admit that it wasn't right.
But just like everyone I have my mistakes.
Trying to act perfect even though it's fake.
I'm sorry that I ended turning out this way.
Everybody's different and nobody's the same.
From all these problems some day I'll learn.
Everybody changes, I guess now it's my turn.
Soon you'll see me and not recognize
that stupid little girl you used to see in my eyes.
